Silly question, but how is Ralph's cherry bombs different from Vanellope's cherry bombs?

If it was me, I would not put two identical packs in the pack list!

Ralph's smoke is 8 bits and Venellope's is purple smoke

Where is the norm costume?

Nowhere at the moment.

You require a Phineas or Perry figure to unlock that one.
And since neither is out at the moment, obviously, you cannot unlock it.

No I meant, how come it's not listed under either phineas chests or perry chests?

Okay my Mickey arrived today and I can confirm that the chest and items I listed are what indeed inside his chests.
So that justs leaves Phineas and Agent P.

IMO Rapunzel's Frying Pan may be a bit overpowered. I mean you can just spam attack someone with no reload delay... it is basically a lock-on attack... it always knocks down the smaller guys so they can't counterattack... and it is pretty strong too. Compare that to the Tron Identity Disc which IMO is basically useless as a weapon.

Does anyone know how many character chests there are pre character?

For one of them, I'm at 3 chests so far. But I don't know how many more I've left to get.
