No more Toy Box Game Discs for 2.0

I'd prefer the 1.0 method of every character having their own Adventure on the figure itself as opposed to a separate disc themed for the character. With Disney 1.0, we effectively got 29 Adventures, most of which were unique. With DI 2.0, we're getting 2 adventures, styled differently for Disney or Marvel characters, with no adventures on the figures at all.

Having the Adventures tied to the figures also males them worth the cost (let's face it, there are standalone video games that are cheaper than $15 at launch these days!)

I was originally excited to hear about the Toy Box Adventures, but seeing how few they released this cycle does not make me hopeful for 3.0 and beyond. My guess is that they will go the way of the goo next time around.

With all the new tools, the character Adventures from 1.0 are almost all recreatable in the Toy Box now. And since we are able to lock a Toy Box to only be playable by a certain character, you can maintain that as well.

So there's nothing to stop say a Thor only Adventure Toy Box from being made by the Avalanche Community team or users themselves.

Has no one noticed that there are a bunch of adventures in the toy store? One for each of the new Disney Originals?...

@automaton Um. I've looks at all those pages of the Toy store and I don't know what you're calling adventures?

What if they sold one-level Pyramid Discs (like Escape From the Klynn, but with one level) in blind bags in 3.0?

For example, there's a Wreck-it Ralph Disc where you have to fix the windows in Fix-it Felix JR.

I really want a fix it Felix game

There goes the chances of a big hero 6 game disc. *Sigh*.

I think these 4 are still "a test" to see how we would react
