There was a target exclusive Marvel album? The exclusive album I got from Target was a Disney Originals one.
As far as fitting the new discs in, I went and bought the "blank" album from Toys R Us. I plan on putting my Series 3 discs from DI 1.0 in there along with all the new discs.
