Both Unannounced Disney Characters from same Franchise

@Elmo STM I am with you on that....I am hoping the delay on the Tron characters is because they are getting a playset.

That would be cool, but it probably wouldn't fit in I don't like Tron, but I'm sure Infinity will persuade me to like them like they did Marvel. All I want at the moment is for some news on them. They say patience is a virtue...

I'd love a playset but doubt it. Playsets always refresh the game.

Interesting that Sam Flynn has a visor covering his face when he barely wore one in the movie.

Is it because they couldn't get the rights to the actor's likeness? Similar to how Iron Man always wears a helmet?

It could be because the visor resembles the Tron universe more, but that's just an idea. I'm glad he has the visor, love those things!

It would be awesome if they did have another playset for 2.0 that was actually Disney, but my concern is that they are going to wait till 3.0 is almost out. The last of the figures that are coming out are around what 1st quarter or next year? if they wait till 2nd quarter to release another playset they might as well wait for 3.0 or at least make it compatible to play on 3.0.

@doc jump. I feel the same way about star-lord. He only had the mask on for a couple brief moments.

I HIGHLY doubt they have to worry about likeness rights when it comes to DI. All the Marvel figures are not even based off the actors, just look at them.

Why base the looks on an actors likeness from a couple movies when you have a whole history's worth of these charterers iconic looks for reference.

Starlord doesn't wear the mask that much in the movie, but he is instantly recognizable with it on. He'd be more difficult to identify without the mask, especially since he's based on a cartoon design we haven't seen much of yet.
