Disney Infinity 2.0 Hiro and Baymax trailer

We anyone surprised by this reveal? I feel like Disney were just like, "Yeah, you all know about these guys so we're not even gonna save them for an event. Go nuts." I find it a bit odd that Big Hero 6 are classed as Disney Originals and not Marvel superheroes. Maybe they just wanted to keep that whole "No toy-box only Marvel characters, you guys!" Thing going. They probably wanted to drop them at the same time as the movie as well, it'd be a bit weird if they released one Marvel figure for Christmas and all the rest were Disney.

They are classified as Disney Originals because the new Big Hero 6 movie is made 100 percent by the Disney studios, according to John Lasseter. It is basically completely different from the comic version of the team.

Why wouldn't people compare the movie to the source material it is from?

@mrmojo they did show baymax at sdcc though, I wasn't expecting the reveal video so was a surprise to me. Love all the reveals, they're doing a great job but do agree its a missed opportunity not revealing them at the event

Because, frankly, the source material has nothing to do with the movie aside from the character names.
