Star Wars Possibly Teased for Disney Infinity 3.0!

I can imagine a Rebels, Episode IV and Episode VII playset.

@Stitch - I understand why they didn't reveal everything in May, but what is far more stupid from a marketing standpoint is to still try to have "surprises" just a few weeks before launch. There's going to be a lot of lost sales in the form of "Awwwww, if I'd known they were going to release that character, I'd have saved my money instead of buying this other thing!" I understand they want to generate hype, but this close to launch everyone is excited about it already. Now is the time to let everyone know what is coming so they can budget for it.

They can do whatever they want for Star Wars, all I want is Starkiller as a toybox character. Nothing more, Nothing less.

But all of wave 1 has already been announced. Wave 2 is a month and a half later.
That gives people plenty of time. But I do agree, the announcements should be before game's release, which is still about a month away so we are fine. For now.

I'm sorry, but I don't see how that is a tease for Star Wars in 3.0. It just sounds to me like a tease for a fairy tale ("long time ago"..."far far away") based Disney Princess being released later for 2.0, perhaps around the same time as Jasmine in 2015. He could be teasing one of a number of the classic Disney Princesses.

"Far far away" can also be associated with fairy tale openings. And JV had previously said during the Summit that an unannounced 2.0 "Disney" character is his favorite and is female, like he said in this interview. I have to assume he's talking about the same character since I doubt they would give a hint to 3.0 this early. I also doubt Princess Leia would be in 2.0.

Why wouldn't it be a tease for Star Wars? the inclusion of Star Wars in a future DI is basically inevitable so it only seems logical that that's what JV was talking about
