Aw man! I'm one of the few people that liked crystals.

He did say it was because of more characters, which in that case, I don't mind. I bought every single figure in 1.0 except the crystals. I was only ever tempted by Crystal Agent P.

I got all the crystals (and will get Mickey if he is ever released) simply for the "Gotta Catch 'em All" factor. But if I had my choice, I would prefer more unique characters over variants, and that sounds like the direction they went for 2.0.

Good, I never was interested in them, the only one I have is Jack Sparrow.

I like them, but if not having variants means more original characters then I'm all for it.

I also liked the crystals, but like megadrive2 says, if it means we're getting more characters, then I'm OK with no more!

This is good to hear! I only have the crystal Sulley since he reminded me of some kind of yeti creature and looked cool.. But I'm glad they are taking them away to make room for new characters (and hopefully play sets). But if you think about it.. Mickey isn't a 2.0 figure.. There could be a possibility that he may make a debut as a crystal.. Now the next thing is to get rid of those darn blind packs!
