@SalmonPink ... Couldn't agree more. If i were to buy the same character twice it should either look different (not same pose) or have a special ability.

Before 2.0 was even announced I thought that instead of Crystal Variants, they'd swap it with costumes. Luckily, they made them power disks! :lol:

The one thing that would be cool is if down the road (even come say DI3.0) they make the crystal variants from 1.0 access special things or unique abilities. It'd be a nice way to reward those who got on board early and got them while available.

Everyone is missing the biggest part of this confirmation: MORE characters! This could possibly mean that the count of Marvel and Disney figures will be closer to even! There are currently 19 Marvel figures announced and we know of 8 Disney figures. This totals to 27 characters, and last time there were 29. And there were 8 crystal figures, so maybe... just maybe there will be 16 Disney figures in 2.0... Nonetheless, I have a feeling there's quite a bit we don't know about.

Well, not all Marvel figures have been announced, so we'll possibly see some other figures (not a place for a wishlist) and JV confirmed that they'll be more or less the same amount of figures in 2.0 as there were in 1.0!
