I wonder if Oz would've come with a Balloon that worked the same way as the old Carl's House did (when it was a mount).
Maybe that's why it was changed into a prop? Because they saw no reason to make a one-of-a-kind mount.

The game creators have stated that DI will be an annual game, I'm guessing any hints towards characters not listed in the current hall of heroes, are characters likely to be seen in the 2014 edition of DI. I really do think that Phineas and Agent P will be the last two figures we'll see for the 2013 DI.

I think Infinity 2 is the next time we'll see new characters too. The P&F characters and Mickey will be it for Infinity 1.

Here's hoping that we get to see Oz in the future. Defintley think they look cool.
