$180?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Absolutely no no no no no no no no no. It's only 3 extra figures and a statue. I don't think I've had excitement killed as fast as that if that $180 turns out to be true.

Yeah but there was rumblings that the villains aren't going to be playable in playsets.

With the addition of Loki to the Avengers playset, although unofficial announced, definitely confirms any and all speculation to Goblin being playable as some of us thought from the toy box photos from the Spider-Man playset announcement.

Seems they removed the picture of Loki, but I managed to nab it

Let's do the math:
$75.00 for the starter set
$15.00 for each additional figure (x3)
That leaves $60 as the cost of the massive light-up/glow-in-the-dark base.

Seems pretty reasonable to me. Although, not something I would pay for.

If the base isn't hallow, then it's worth it to me. This is meant to appeal to the collectors after all. As long as this was under $200, I was shelling out the bucks for it anyway because I like the approach of displaying the figures.

and whoops, looks like Loki leaked a day or two ahead of schedule.

If you look at this image ther eis a chance that Loki is in the starter set as there is clearly a space for him on the box that has been conviently covered up..

I wonder if villains will have their own storyline in playsets like the crossover characters, or if they'll just be toy box only.
