Character Skins

It has been said that when your character reaches a certain rank, it gets a new skin.
My guesses are:
Randall in ROR vest
Mike in MU Cap
Mr. Incredible with original blue suit
2nd dimension Phineas, Ferb, and Perry
Princess Vanellope
Syndrome as IncrediBoy
Sulley in OK vest
Santa Jack Skellington
Blue Mater from the first film

What do you think the character skins will be?

Where did you read that? I know I've seen people on here talk about it but I thought it was all just hypothetical.

I am also curious to where you read this. If that is true though that would be pretty cool. I can imagine the "Cars" characters getting different paint jobs like the dinoco brand in the first movie or some of the "Cars" shorts films.

Oh boy...if this is true...what else could there be? Would Ralph be in his Heroes Duty suit? Would Vanellope have her princess outfit?

Character skins would be super cool to see. I wonder what they could do through Toy story characters...
