Can one of the Mickey's possibly confirm this? Or is it a launch surprise?

I do remember at least one other thread about character skins, but I thought it was determined that they weren't actually happening/that it was all just hopeful speculation. If there's confirmation out there proving otherwise, it'd be cool to see it.

I think it would be cool too, but I won't put my hopes up until they are confirmed.

I do remember seeing a video where a producer was playing as Barbossa! He approached a special token like thing, and it was a different hat or something for Barbossa! Maybe that is how you unlock different skins!
