@Vidia yeah but we can probably expect alot of girl disney characters though because I believe that there will be like 22 disney characters and 22 marvel characters

P.S. If I buy the Web Head's play set,I can use in my first Disney Infinity(not the Disney Infinity 2.0)?

No. You'll need the 2.0 edition. You will be able to 'upgrade' through a downloadable edition, which means you don't have to buy the starter pack, but this won't be available on day one
