^huh, good point. Well I assume then that they would probably make a new base for the PS4 and XBOX one that will both be able to work on the last gene ration consoles, if that is possible to do...

as the connections are the same as the PS3 and Xbox 360 there is no reason why the existing manufacturer specific bases will not work on PS4 an Xbone

Nothing on the Xbox one / Xbox 360 are cross compatible I can't imagine Disney / Avalanche would break that trend

Actually now all previous gen gaming headsets are compatable with XBone (you must purchase an adapter) so I think there is a possibility.

And because PS4, and XB1 use X86 archs, there's no reason the Base couldn't work on PC, then!
