Actually, 3DS development was done by Altron, not Avalanche.... so this really doesn't reflect at all if there will be another 3DS release.

IIRC, Altron is based in Japan anyways.

Rosa's correct on all points. Altron did games like Up and Bolt on DS. They're based in Tokyo.

Since people have pointed out the fact that the 3DS version of DI1 had different developers, I think the chance of the same thing being the case with the sequel is very likely. That's great and all, but I'd love to see a release of DI2 for the PsVita, as this is a very overlooked handheld, in my opinion, at least. It's current marketshare probably wouldn't be of much benefit though.

I had a PS Vita and hated it. I had it for all of 3 months I think! The 3DS is the best portable out there, but the 3DS DI was utter garbage IMO.

Can't say I agree when it comes to hating the Vita, and I won't deny 3DS being an awesome handheld either. Truth to be told, I've never been good at picking sides when it comes to consoles/handhelds, haha Never tried the 3DS version of DI, but I will give it a go sooner or later. How does the 3DS version compare to let's say the Wii version by the way? I've heard the Wii version is supposedly quite "lacking" in some aspects.

It's not DI at all. It's a board game like Mario Party. Utter garbage. Don't waste your hard earned cash on it.

^ I managed to pick up the 3DS version for £20. It's an ok game as a companion to the console version, but id be disappointed if i only had the 3ds and paid full price.

Disney Infinity for the Wii should have had massive stickers pointing out differences to lazy people who can't be bothered to read normal sized text.

Better still they should have just forgotten about making it for the Wii.

Or the kids screaming at the parents aren't saying mummy/daddy buy me Disney infinity for the Xbox/ps3 which I don't play instead of buying for the Wii which I do play
