Posted: Mon Sep 23, 2013 2:41 pmHe has sort of been confirmed on twitter about a month ago and that post has been deleted so they might be keeping him a secret, plus he's been in two videos and if there's no playset then how can he be an NPC, also he's been seen in vehicles and holding tools!
