Enchanted Objects

Postby Fluggerbutter » Tue Mar 26, 2013 8:03 am

This is just an idea that popped into my head that seemed cool. We know there will be power discs for objects/weapons like Stitch's blaster and Carl's cane as well as power discs of characters like Abu and Angus that can be interacted with. But what if there could be enchanted object power discs. This could bring characters like Lumiere and Mrs Potts into the game where you can both interact with them and use them as objects/weapons. Just thought it could be a fun way to get more characters in. Although I would prefer to have figures and be able to play as those characters if possible.

Sort of like summons in kingdom hearts ?
That would be cool
like in kingdom hearts you can summon chicken little and you shoot eggs
but that is for a small time
it would be more awesome if it were unlimited in disney infinty

I have a feeling that if Lumiere or Mrs Potts were to be in this game, they would only be power disc characters. But that idea is still interesting. I'd love to interact with AND use Merlin's living furniture. Or maybe decorate settings with the dancing flowers and mushrooms from Fantasia!

Slightly off topic, but remember that one gameplay image of toybox mode that showed Slinky in the background? Was he a playable character, or a power disc character?

Yes! Mrs. Potts would be awesome! And the Fantasia brooms. And, to follow up Nibelit's idea...If mission givers could be playable...Rex, please!

I don't think Slinky will be a playable character in the game, and I don't think he'll be a Power disk, so like Toops said, probably just a townsfolk.
Wont be on the Forums until I get Infinity on the 23rd
Hope you guys enjoy it!

Modeltrainman, there was a toybox demo where the person was scrolling through the toy menu and scrolled past a Fantasia broom. I think it was also like one of the "towns people" type of toys like toops is mentioning though to have in your toybox.
