My husband and I tried to load up our new Barbosa toy to find out it has a Mrs. Incredible chip. I wonder how rare this one is.

Mine was the same way. If you contact Disney they will send you a new figure.

The issue has been known. You'll just need to send an email to Disney Infinity about it, they will give you a new figure.

Best to buy in a store that has a pad showing the videos and check the figures.
