Buying power discs by the case

So today I tacked to the local walmart manager, and he told me that I could but one of the cases from him. From what I know each case has 24 packs, and all 3 rares.
Has anybody had anyluck getting all of wave 1 with these cases?
P.S I'm buying a wave 2 case.

A friend bought a case and still had 3 discs missing after they were all opened. It did contain all 3 rares though. I think it truly is totally random and luck of the draw except for the inclusion of the 3 rare discs.

Ok so I think the best choice is buying a pack, then trading the rest, because Ill probably get 3 - 5 ones that I need.

Where do you guys go about buying a case?? And how much do they retail at.
