PS3 Patch 1.03 didn't solve anithing

Hi everyone, I'm new here besides I've looking for some topics arround here (like if it was possible to créate a sea toy box and room aarround with a ship like in the Pirates Play Sets, which is obviously impossible for now, and probably the best add to the 1.04 versión.)
Anyway the point is as I said in the subject my game is not working online, I'm truly desesperate and thinking about retorning the game, I've instaled the "wonderful" 1.03 patch but it didn't fix anything, my game gets lock at every loading screen, even Toy Box and Play Sets. I've look arround the internet but no one says anithing about so that's why I decided to register here.
Please any solutions? I've alredy lost all my incredibles playset progres and the Toy Box one, whic it was really awesome, and I do not dare to begin playing again until this is finally fixed (By the way I suffered lots of freezing issues in the toy box besides I was playing offline) I don't know if it's software trouble, a hardware (even of PS3 or Infinity base) or whaterever.
I've send a mail to Disney but they didn't answered so I was wondering if you guys could help me out

What do you mean by "the game gets lock"? The load times for the PS3 version of the game are very long, but that does not mean it is frozen. Just wait for it to load. I have the patch and have not had a single problem since downloading it.

Can't say I have the same experience. Game was unplayable for me before this patch, I've put in 10 hours plus after 1.03 and have had absolutely zero issues.

Did you remove 1.02 prior to updating to 1.03? If not I would suggest that you remove all updates to Infinity, and allow the game to patch itself. My load time is about 1 min from cold start. I got my PS3 last year (thin model)

PS3 model is irrelevant, I too have the 80GB phat and it has been working fine for me.
Have you tried on both your PS3's?

Not yet, is a 60GB Fat (later upgraded to 250, and now planning to re-upgrade to 1TB)

By the way, do you guys know, where should I ask for tecnical support?? Like the Disney Infinity website or somewhere in the PS website or in its fórums, where do they provide help for game issues?
