Some things I noticed in the new Mater trailer



@ 0:21 - first appearance of Ramone (as an NPC?)


@ 0:30 - Cars characters can tow items as well as other cars


@ 0:33 - tikis from Finding Nemo and what looks like a vehicle from Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin at Disney World


@ 0:35 - pink Bullseye?!


@ 0:37 - Emperor Zurg confirmed as a playable avatar!


@ 0:39 - Dash is holding a pumpkin (toy from Nightmare Before Christmas?)

That pink Bullseye is definitely what stood out to me too. I think I knew about all the other stuff there. But what does that Bullseye mean? Can you customize characters too?

Another option might be that this is a lost character from the Toy Story films since we know the game will use characters that never made it to the screen. The pattern on this horse matches the pattern on Jessie's costume, so maybe this was a horse made for Jessie to ride alongside Woody on Bullseye. Just a thought.

Pinkeye (so much pun) is actually pretty adorable!

I hope this means we can customize characters' ingame appearance. That was a very missed opportunity in Skylanders, where sometimes I forced myself to choose on paths I liked less just because the other had a really aethsetically fugly upgrade.

Has anyone even noticed that there are a lot of toy story references and nightmare before christmas (pumpkins)in the trailers probably new playset during halloween with the release of toy story of terror.

Mater's figure looks kinda dorky... His in game model looks great, though!

At the end of the video, we see Mater driving in front of a backdrop that looks like Wonderland. I wonder if this game is going to feature other backdrops like that. Or maybe even an Alice in Wonderland play set! The original animated film has a decent following, right?

Also at 0:27 you can see vapour trails in the sky!!! A hint towards upcoming film planes?
