Anyway to reset characters? >:(

Well if you saw my last topic I had to restart my WHOLE game because of a glitch. I was unhappy about that but to top it all off, my characters levels are super high now and I can't earn there tokens for the vault now.. This is all just whispering in my ear to sell the game... I was having so much fun till now, quite frankly I'm very wibble/

Did you take ownership over the characters?

I started backing up my files after the PS3 issue in the first couple days reset me multiple times.
