Series 1 Power Discs: what they look like and what they do

the official site has been updated with a power disc section with some new info.

Series 1:
consists of 20 discs (the toys r us ones aren't listed or included here)
4 'Ability' Discs
8 'Toy' Discs
8 'Customization discs
dumbo, elephant abu, and the buzz lightyear ride are the 3 rare discs of this series.

Series 2:
consists of 20 discs as well
5 'Ability' Discs
6 'Toy' Discs
6 'Customization' Discs
3 Unknown Rare presumably Toy discs
the nightmare before christmas customization discs are included

Series 3:
consists of 15 discs
4 'Ability' Discs
8 'Toy' Discs
2 'Customization' Discs
1 Unknown Rare presumably Toy disc
Flamingo from Alice in Wonderland Toy disc is included

this is a grand total of 55 power discs, and the 10 toys r us/eb games exlusives bring it to 65.

random conspiracy: on the site it specifically mentions that alice in wonderland skydome and texture are from the animated film.

More toys than Customization and Abilities. Hmmm... I wonder in the next 2 series, there'll be a Cy-Bug mount or Calhorn's hoverboard as power disc. :/

I just visited the Disney Infinity site, and i saw that you can now see al the power discs from serie 1 on the site with their powers, mounts, wapens etc.

It realy seems that they are now taking care of all these aspects,since they are even in the Latinamerican site (I´m Mexican), and it seems that the Skydome and textures Nightmare Before Christmas power discs will be available on the second wave, but I´m still curious about if the "Exclusive power discs for TRU" will count in the waves or will be realy treated as EXCLUSIVES.

Interesting. Rather exciting seeing series 2 and 3 listed. It's seems rare discs are not uniform in numbers. Series 1 has (3) series 2 (3) and series 3 (1)

Series 3 only has 15 discs though.

I wonder if the special Toys R Rus ones will also be available in The Netherlands, and other European countries.

I hope so too, but seeing as they are not region locked. If that was the case I would order from the states.
