Each character model is made up of the following files, in addition to textures and animations:

.BENT, .MTB, .OCT, .IBUF, .VBUF

Please report back with what you find.

Well straight of the bat the .oct is for storing points in a 3d Space so could either be the model or the skeleton for animated and interaction

The .MTB is a minitab file so possibly to to with what other files it can interact with.

I'm not sure if the .IBUF and the .VBUF may be also be some form of 3D files, I'm still waiting to hear back

As for the .bent I'm hopeing its not a custom format

[ETA] - Looks like I was wrong about the .oct - its for DDS texture and the other files are the model

Sorry if this has been posted before, but there are stars (like achievements) you can unlock in the 3DS version. I'd like to confirm those figures that were assumed as the Crystal variants are- some of the stars are for getting the characters to level 4, and that also included: Infinite Buzz Lightyear, Infinite Mr Incredible, Infinite Lightning McQueen, Infinite Lone Ranger, Infinite Sulley, Infinite Jack Sparrow, Infinite Agent P and Infinite Sorceror's Apprentice Mickey. Also the characters screen has 38 slots just like this list.

Speaking of audio, I'm curious as to if you would be able to extract the characters' various spoken phrases. Are they located in the same place as the stats?

To be honest I mostly just want to know what some of the characters' phrases are before they come out. 9_9

Characters can be played with modded files but obviously not in play sets etc just for those wondering.

anyone tried using the model extractor with 2.0?seems the only characters that don't work are thor loki and maleficent.

shame realy as I wanted to examine how they'd made the parts with the capes.

Also I really wanted to get a look at the Liberty model from the spiderman playset as its really nice
