Play Set and Character Wish List

The Rocketeer was actually my suggestion at the Master Artist meeting.

Sadly, without any new media promoting him, he doesn't have sufficient nostalgia to support him.

I've relegated myself to pretending Boba Fett is him in the Toy Box.

Didn't know that Romulus. I don't remember seeing you mentioning that.

He's way better that Blueba Fett but for the lack of a better option I will too.

It's been confirmed that there are only two episodes of Gravity Falls left, so it's looking unlikely that we'll ever see Dipper and Mabel in the game now.

@Romulus77: Isn't IDW Publishing still doing comics based on the Rocketeer's adventures? In fact, they actually have done some stories from 2011-2014.

And next year will be the 25th anniversary for the Rocketeer movie.

If anyone poos the idea again, maybe these few factoids can stand in his corner.

I have to agree that a great playset would be based off the Disney Parks, and put Indiana Jones in there (and maybe Figment or Captain EO).

I would love an option to be able to really build out theme park rides. People have already done some incredible things, but I want to see the concept of building rollercoasters and dark rides, as well as really great fireworks shows.

Rocketeer doesn't get as much love as he deserves. But if they do make a Rocketeer figure, I would be one of the happiest people on earth.

I don't know squat about Rocketeer except that it was a live-action Disney movie. But I would definitely buy him! He looks super cool, and I imagine he'd work somewhat like Boba Fett (Correct me if I'm wrong about that).

You know they could release a generic costume change Disc to make an existing figure look like they're wearing the Rocketeer's outfit?

What other movies are out next year since they seem to prefer advertising them over their existing and long list of potential candidates?

In addition to Star Wars Rebels since that was recently renewed for a third season unless they're planning one on Rogue One instead?

Wished they went Agents of SHIELD over Battlegrounds after all who doesn't want a Grant Ward villain figure?

I haven't read through everything, but I saw mention of a collectors club. I think an awesome compromise would be making figures of characters that are not playable. I don't need to play as Pintel and Ragetti, but I would love to have their likeness standing next to Jack and Barbossa.
