Check all of your figures!

I purchased all of the figures. I only had one deffective figure. The Barbossa figure in the sidekick 3 pack came up as Mrs Incredible in the game. I switched them out several times and everytime Barbossa was on the stand Mrs incredible came up in the game. Hopefully this is not a common issue.

How could that happen?

I suppose if someone put a Mrs Incredible RFID chip in the figure, it would load the wrong character.

Still, if I were you, I'd take it back and insist on a replacement, as it's clearly defective.

And make them test it in store before you take it away.

If it is like Activision, just get on their site and tell them what happened. I did that with Skylanders and they just sent me a new one.

Go unlock her character from the incredibles vault first, then return it!

That stinks. I hope you can return your character and get a new one.

That really sucks. So physically u have all the figures, but not in game

Does no company believe in extensive Quality Checks anymore?

"Anyone else have a problem with captain barbossa in the sidekicks three pack? I've exchanged two and each one captain barbossa shows up as mrs incredible in the game! My son is so disappointed. We are playing it on the wii u."
