Do re-issued figures have the same model number?

Postby BionicKoalaBoy » Wed Sep 07, 2016 6:43 am

Just wondering from a collecting stand point, do reissued or previously distributed figures have the same model number as their general release?

ie Black Spiderman and D23 Sorcerer Mickey?

Can you tell the Playstation vita Spidey from the other?

I know my orange toys-r-us 'Tron user control', and it's clear later released equivalent have the same number, despite the physical difference.

OK, so a completist would buy both.

If anyone's interested then, SMYTHS TOY STORES here in the UK are selling the PS VITA starter pack ( Including Black Spiderman ) for £4.99. Or the black 3.0 figure alone for £6.99 ( go figure ).
