Such a complicated way of closing it down, too many different dates and platforms,

They are clearly trying to extend access as much as possible while balancing that against the support requirements to do so.

I'm in the process of getting all my PC content downloaded locally so I can continue using it, but steam has 2.0 for $49.99 =( Anyone found a cheaper way of getting 2.0 to run locally after the servers shutdown?

I don't want to sound foolish, but when they say sept. 30 online will be shut down for consoles, is that ALL online multiplayer (like having a friend on a seperate console jump into my toybox) or just the online matchmaking (like in the arcade)? I've not seen them specify.

Can anyone confirm what was mentioned by MegaDrive2? I don't want to buy and download everything, only to find out it was all for nothing. My brothers and I LOVE Disney Infinity, we want to enjoy it on PC if at all possible.

So I'm sure the Text Creator will be unusable because of this, but I was thinking, will we even be able to name Toy Boxes and give them descriptions? They check for swear words and stuff for that too, like the Text Creator.

So will you be able to get the download and upgrade your game in order to use Baloo, Finding Dory and Alice into 2017? Or will those figures be wall ornaments after Spet 30th?

I wasn't able to figure out a way to get the update but I do own the figures and discs, might just sell them.

Actual game updates are handled by Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc. so yes you will still be able to get the updates to play them.
I'm a big fan of Pixar and Disney Movies, and the Skylanders games. The Cars franchise and Ratatouille are my favorite Pixar movies. Paperman is my favorite thing to ever come out of Disney!
