Possibility of 19 more Infinity Characters

I was scrolling throughout my disney Infinity account online into i came across blank Characters slots. Could this mean the number of infinity characters we might get this year. I don't know how to upload pictures but you can see it in your Disney Infinity account.

There have been blank slots on the Infinity site for 1.0 and 2.0 and they never amounted to anything.

At the minute there is no clarification as to how many figures remain for 3.0. The only estimate we had was the arc of figures where JV said the team asked how many spaces and that was the count
