Play N Store and Base Protector

Picked these up today at my local Gamestop.



Took them home and took a quick picture before heading back to work but I'll open them up later tonight and post more photos. I like the Play N Store because it is able to hold multiple figures vs the official storage offered by Disney which looks to hold a single figure each. The base protector seems pretty basic so I may end up returning it.

Decided to keep the base protector so here are images of both out of the box and packaging.

The Play N Store comes with 2 pieces which can stack on top of each other and has a slide in slot for the actual Disney Infinity Base.

The Base Protector comes with 4 inserts. It is able to rest on top of the Play N Store but doesn't slide in. Usefulness is debatable but being able to change the look of the base is kind of nice.

I thought these were released at the same time as the game?
Then again, I just spotted them on eBay so so places must be releasing them early.

Wow. Why are they selling these early?

Anyway, Disney do not make the storage box that stores one figure each. All "official" Disney Infinity accessories are made by PDP. The single figure boxes are also made by PDP.

Sweet, maybe they have them where I live!

^ So exciting! Only two more weeks until we have the game! I remember someone suggesting playing Spongebob's "sweet victory" when the game comes out, and I think we should totally do that! Back on topic, I am hoping I can maybe get the power disc album early too...
