Play N Store and Base Protector

Cool pics, thanks for sharing! Just to clarify, if you're using the base protector, it isn't really 'compatible' with the storage tower? It makes the base too thick to slide in, so has to just rest on top? If so, that's a shame. I'm not sure I'd personally go for the base protector, unless the base itself feels very thin and breakable, but the storage tower is pretty cool and would make it easy to keep everything in one place. So that one's a maybe. I'll just have to see what kind of space I need once I start accumulating figures.

Amazon sent me an email today saying the display cases were shipping before launch:

Looks like they are releasing DI accessories early.

^^ @SalmonPink Correct, with a base protector fitted it won't fit in the storage. It looks like the base is meant to slide into the top but with protector makes it too thick. Again, it somewhat rests on top but isn't all that sturdy. I would recommend only buying one or the other but not both.

I checked my gamestop. but no dice.

Just stopped at mine, they had both along with that to go bag I didn't take pictures of it but it was a good size bag. Picked up the Play N Store.

^ nice! So a couple questions: 1. Was is a big, usually crowded GameStop?, and 2. Was it just out on a stand or did u have to ask about it?

Not a crowded one most I see in there when I go in is 4 people (excluding midnight releases) and they were already out on stand, didn't need to ask. Though the Play n Store was hanging like the figures would and they only had the one out.
