Does anyone know how to unlock the Captain America hat and shield? Is there a specific way it is it all random?

I imagine it's random. I only have a few unlocks left, but haven't seen that one yet. Only Tron Disc, Elsa Wand & Spidey Web Thingy.

Hawkeye's Bow is one I have that I don't see on the list.

Was just wondering if playing Toybox Takeover on the higher difficulties increased the chances of getting the more advanced gear. It didn't seem like it, but I'm never sure.

Also, is some gear only available in the Hero Destroyer, or is everything obtainable in any part of Takeover?
