@Joemimel don't know what you mean by "lock" but every title you download can be accessed by all users in the same WiiU system and games you bought are tied to your WiiU system, not your Nintendo ID (unlike both Sony and Microsoft's systems)

I just wish the digital download for 360 would go up now

^ That is what I was referring to with the partial downloads. It preloads most of the files but keeps back a few so you can't play it.
I am not sure if they do that with 3rd party games though.

They do that for most games, even 3rd parties. But only on the Xbox One.

sweet 20 bucks on the PS4! this makes me happy as I was unable to preorder the main starter. I'm fine with getting digital,.. then picking up a playset later

The prices for the xbox versions of the game are ridiculous, specially in the UK.
