@wherestron, ha ha thanks for the very kind words. But I'm just one tiny part of a team of amazing, hard-working Avalanche peeps that have made all these awesome parts of the game a reality.

I am being careful not to reveal too much, since I a) don't want to overstep my bounds and b) want to keep plenty of fun surprises for everybody.

But there are some aspects of the 3.0 Toy Box that we are ok to share a little bit about.

I'm really liking all the information about these new toys. The team is really making a great job giving tools for the players to create.

The fun thing is, you keep saying that are more and better surprises to come, that really makes people who love to play/create in the toybox have a even better experience doing so.

Wait Quinn, you mean that we restrict abilities but allow them to still use the character?
Like I restrict flying but Iron Man can still be used?!?!?
I sure hope so.

@Stitch, my understanding is that if that character has that ability turned off (like Black Widow doesn't have her Super Jumping active) then they can be used in a Toy Box where that ability is prohibited. But you are not able to REMOVE abilities from characters that have them. So, since Iron Man always flies, he can't be used in a a No Flying Toy Box.

For those who haven't seen this video yet it shows a bit of the spline tool in action with blocks, it looks so cool in action, and will probably be my favourite new tool in game.

I can't wait to use the spline tool. I wonder if there are objects that we can use as a proper ride vehicle, instead of standing on boxes or a hockey puck. If only we can "glue" together small blocks. One set of primitive blocks would be all we need to sculpt just about anything!

@quinnjitsu - Is there finally going to be a way to keep spikes expanded?
