@Elmo STM the images on the front page are taken from the pre-e3 family gamer tv video. I thought the two upper slot were the toybox discs originally, but they are definitely not the same as the ones we've seen at e3 upon close inspection. Have you seen any other videos of the toybox hub?

Firstly the Toybox Expansion games do have a lower profile Playset Piece. Also notice that the power disc is sitting underneath the toybox expansion play piece. So there must be an option to do it before you start the race.

And secondly I believe I have caught footage of the Disney Dream cruise ship vehicle. This is likely the power disc they are using under the Toybox Expansion Play Piece.

I noticed that King Candy's race kart has different monster truck tires that you usually see. In fact there is the stock race kart with the usual monster truck tires. So I wonder if Sumo have actually modified the karts to feature different monster truck tires?

Also in the farming area more was shown on the sidekicks. Firstly you'll notice sidekicks are much more detailed this time. They aren't just blocks but actually have some shape while still remaining miniature versions of the characters. Also they can wear hats and equip items (like before). Their stats have been expanded and have a more collectible feel to them.

There are currently in the E3 build:

107 Sidekicks
96 Hats
80 Tools and Weapons.

Also there are different types of hats. There are hats for planting types of crops, there are hats for changing the skydome in the Farm and there are hats for combat.

I want to say that I believe there will only be 5 playsets in 3.0. Here is why.

In the video from Disney Infinity TV and in other videos they show the Toybox Hub which features the base and seven circles around it. We already know there will be 5 playsets to fill in those spaces. However it seems clear that the toybox expansion games will complete the last two spots. If you look closely at the second picture there is a low profile playset piece on each of those spots. The blank spots are for the Force Awakens and Marvel playsets.


If I see any more things I will let you know. Also someone else might have reported this I am only going off videos and info available online.

Nice spot on the cruise ship, in the video I posted the chatter runs over the toybox expansion disc and you can see a castle gate deign on it so assume that's the takeover one. Also in another video it shows a costume change baymax

Endor has a Day/Night cycle!

@fdanielx one of the Creativitoys I am hoping we will see is either an upgrade to the Skychanger to enable Day/Night cycles, or a Lighting Effects toy to achieve the same result. In fact, I would love to see the ability to create lighting in various areas with light sources and reflections, etc. Fingers crossed!

Any recent updates for content? Any more theme park or vehicle pieces since been confirmed since this was last discussed?
