I don't know who is "more" right in this situation. For me the wording they used meant the actual physical pieces, but it is just like that, my/our interpretation.
Anyway, since this topic has run its course I will justify my previous post.
I din't believe in the possibility of 8 playsets, it's seems excesive and too much work. They are pushing more and more for greater quality in each playset and that means that more time and resources are employed for each one. That is where the game disks enter, they are not as complex and "complete experiences" as a playset but still represent structured gameplay that is different from the user-created toyboxes.
5 is a really good number for me and I am happy with it. If there is one more even super-hyper-mega-giga better (except for our wallets).
