Having now watched the video (here at about 2:39), I'm not going to get my hopes up.

I think this quote is significant:

"And we can't say which ones they are because we haven't announced all of them yet."

We might just be looking at Ant-Man, Vision and Black Panther coming with Ultron and Hulkbuster.

I don't think that's the case as they could have showed 2 of them. It could be the 3 you mentioned with black suit spidy and an unknown one

The way they word the five figures thing, it is tricky, it could be taken multiple ways.
Personally I think Cap does count as one of the five. Because they say playset, not playset pack. So you get the playset, and five figures (cap, ant man, vision, black panther and ???)
I think the fifth is going to be black suit Spider-Man at this point.
It would be a bit odd for one lone figure avoiding all the leaks yet coming in the release wave.

In the Official Rules of the contest, it's broken down by each part of the prize:

Ah, so those rules pretty much do confirm when they count the playset they mean with cap included.
So there are 5 figures seperate. So even if black suit spidey is one, that does leave one figure.

It's almost a miracle that they didn't spoil/leak that one.
Or there are more to come we don't know yet.

It could easily be what Vidia said about Ultron and Hulkbuster.

Yea I want to believe it's a new figure that wasn't leaked but it's unlikely that 1 figure didn't get leaked when all the others have
