Yes, that's possible, but it's 17 day's later so April Fools are over.
So that means if this was a april fool joke that would be cruel.
There was to much hinting for that.

Sherriff Ben, the article was posted on April 1st and its "source" is a link to a clip from Arrested Development on youtube. It's an April Fool's hoax.

Something I try to do is ALWAYS check the original source information when reading news articles. Anything with no source info or sketchy original source, I completely disregard.

Ah, Sherriff Ben, I see where the confusion is. CCRUNNNER had mentioned that Darkwing Duck was being rebooted. I hadn't heard about that yet so I looked it up and the only article I found was an April fools joke. ccrunner double checked himself and found his mistake (he even posted the link to the article).

The April Fools joke was the article about the show, not DI.

That being said, I'd say this video is a tease. Hopefully not one that gets people's hopes up, because I really want a Darkwing Duck toy.
