Black Suit Spider-Man

I went on the toy box app on my phone and saw Black Suit Spider-Man was in my collection. But the Ps Vita Starter Pack doesn't come out until May and isn't Black Suit Spider-Man exclusive to Ps Vita?

I believe the blacksuit spider is exclusive in that it will only be sold as part of the vita bundle if you want the figure. However there is no reason it shouldn't work in other versions of the game, and as they have shown they have no problem with having a figure sold digtally on IOS / PC

The real question is if it will work in other console versions of the game... Something tells me it will only show up in the Hall of super heroes on the vita version

It probably doesn't, but I just want to have it for my collection. It would be kinda cool to have spider-man vs. symbiotic spider-man too.
