From what I gather, at SDCC last week, you could get Pheanias and Perry (Agent C).

Also, looking closely, I notice they kept his "A113" licence plate from Cars 2.
I can tell quality won't be an issue with this game.
Wait, why would they need a licence plate in the Cars world? It would be like a mandatory tattoo on your back.
