Maybe the idea was to have all the 2.0 Disney vehicles on display in the HoH in a similar fashion, but for budget/time reasons or something they just replaced it with the treasure and Aladdin's lamp.

Also, question for those with the figures: What happens if you go into the vehicle storage room with all figures unlocked, but no power discs? Or at least missing some of the power discs those vehicles are attached to?

Yeah, I get the feeling they may have rushed to wrap this one up for release. 2.0 had a lot of bugs reportedly, and some things like the Aladdin cave in HOH just seem so incomplete and empty. I also get the impression they wanted to release more figures for 2.0, but obviously someone told them to hold off until 3.0.

Still, I'm hoping we'll see 40+ characters for 3.0, which will put the total library over 100. With Star Wars properties having so much to offer, plus Marvel and Disney Originals / Disney Classics, I'm hoping 3.0 will be a giant leap ahead.

As for the missing 2 Power Discs... well, I guess we'll have to wait and see. Last time they announced 2.0 in April, so hopefully we don't have too long to wait until the 3.0 announcement and the secret of the last discs is revealed!

30-35 characters is enough IMO. 40+ would be overkill.

I can see both arguments, @Elmo. On the one hand, we've had around 30 characters in both 1.0 and 2.0 releases. On the other, a lot of folks were disappointed at the lack of Disney Originals characters and playsets in 2.0.

Star Wars has such a huge universe, and Marvel has plenty of room for expansion yet. It wouldn't be that far fetched to think we got around 20 characters from Star Wars, 10 from Marvel and 10 from Disney - or something like that anyway.

Guess we'll know soon enough!
