PC game issues

Has anyone else got issues with signing into the PC game?

I got a laptop specifically for this reason (needed one anyway but made sure di could run well on it). I use my log in details no problem but when it tries to get my cloud and profile date it comes up with - there was an error communicating with Disney network services. Please try again.

I've tried 3 laptops (my mate owns a computer store), 3 fresh windows 7 installs, looking into windows 8 now.

I have contacted support and did everything they suggested and have since had no reply.

I know mtm has an issue with the game as well.

Anyone got any other tips? Or anyone else with similar problems? 1.0 version works with no issues (logs in and shows my characters).

I've had the exact same issue for quite a while now! Probably a bit over a month since it randomly started happening, I thought they would have fixed it by now. I don't have any idea how to fix it, sorry.

Same here!! It's like playing Russian roulette you'll be lucky if the bullet goes bang!! And your in the game!
Most of the time your don't!!!!

The iOS version does this as well.

total nightmare, hope they fix server issues as want to play on PC (means I can play in bed without moving my console lol).

Downloaded the 1.0 version and it works perfectly.




Is anyone having issues on windows 8 or windows 10? Maybe its a windows 7 issue

Dang mtm I'm installing windows 8.1 ATM.

So it must be the Disney infinity servers but the support is no help . Wish they would fix the bugs instead of leaving us frustrated

I have been having this issue since Christmas. When I contacted Disney support they told me that I had out of date drivers. I have checked all my drivers and they all appear to be up to date. It used to work fine but now I can't use the PC version anymore.

Yea sucks especially when PC will be getting the tron figures and discs you'd think they would work with better servers. They stopped replying and I've contacted them a few times.

Its a server issue as I can connect with my username and password but can't download my profile or cloud data
