Xbox 360-Xbox One Compatability

I originally bought Disney Infinity 2.0 for 360, which is what I had Disney Infinity 1.0 on. However, I just picked up an Xbox One today and bought Infinity 2.0 for it as well. I have the exact same Xbox Live profile and am linked to my Disney account on both the 360 and One, however when I put a character that has already been leveled up on the 360 on to the One base and share ownership, it goes back to level 0. Does anyone have a remedy for this? I would really prefer not to start all of my new characters over.

You may have to do the reset trick. First check on the DI official site of you have synced your xbone to your Disney ID before trying the reset trick.

It says that the One is synched up. What is the reset trick? I also found that nothing that I have purchased in 2.0 on the 360 has transferred over.

I had to physically go online and link it on the website with my DI account. The reset trick. On the main menu go to the options and reset the figure. The take it back to 360 and retake ownership. Then try it again on the xbone. Do it on a character your ok with losing the lvl just in case lol. Worked for me from a 360 to PS4.
