There's another sentient car named Susie the Blue Coupe. You can find the short film on youtube. It's narrated by Sterling Holloway and it's VERY obvious that it has a heavy influence on Pixar's Cars designs.

There's also all those depressing cars from The Brave Little Toaster, but I should digress.
