So bummed, went to Toys R Us today to look for some of those items, turns out they didn't have any so I guess this is just in the US/UK?

They have only released Mike's Car for the discs and Crystal Lightning McQueen so far. The rest of the discs will be released over time. The ones you are seeing out of the US are exlusives for those countries for right now. That will change.

It's looking like Tron User Control exclusive disc could be out before the TRU trade event. My TRU ran out of the exclusive packs pretty quick and that was with limiting them to two per customer!

I'm actually pretty surprised TRU hasn't announced anything for a new power disc. With 10 power discs in this first wave, it would seem that they need to come out with a new one at least every 2 weeks or so in order to release them all before wave 2 comes out. I'm also curious what their timeline is for the crystal characters; whether they will try to release them quickly or spread them out over all waves of figures.

I have heard that a new exclusive disc should be hitting on or before the September 7th trade event. I get this because a checklist will be given out at the event that has Mike's New Car and The Tron disc. Also I was told by a TRU manager that they will not be replacing the exclusives.

They restocked the exclusive discs online though.
