Don't know if it's been posted elsewhere in the forums, but Toys R Us posted up their exclusive power disc packs recently, and removed them earlier today.
The Toys R Us packs with the exclusive discs are similar to the normal packaging, except gold and has one of those "Exclusively at Toys R Us" labels on them. They were priced the same as the regular packs ($5). I didn't look too closely at the picture, but I'm fairly sure that the exclusives would just be mixed in with the regular 20, so it's not like you could buy a Toys R Us labeled pack and you're just trying your luck with the exclusives, but all of wave 1.
They were also limited to 5 packs per customer.
