^ Maybe you misunderstood me, or I am misunderstanding you and of course it's all specualtion on my part, I just don't know. That being said, what I meant was I think the FX figures will count the same as the regular figures in unlocking the ultimate lock; That is, I DO NOT think you'd need BOTH regular and FX figures to get the ultimate unlock, having either a regular figure or an FX figure suffices.

Sheriff Ben. I wrote that because as I misunderstood the previous comments I was trying to point that the variant figures were not necessary in 1.0. I was not telling anyone something new.

They... modify the statues in the Hall of Heroes?
....Sigh, and I was gonna skip 'em. Guess I'm gonna have some doubles.

Luckily I'll only have an Anakin double as I'm waiting to buy any other figures until the Light FX figures come out. Well, if they're over $20 each, I'll probably just buy the normal figures except for Yoda and Darth Vader. They both need to light up because they're Yoda and Darth Vader lol.

I think it is a bad move to release them later on after launch, most people will have bought the figures and not want to buy them again (Including me).
Then again, people may be waiting till Christmas so it could sell well. I will get one light up figure and that's it.

I don't know what I'll do. I'll already have Luke and Anakin but I can probably wait until Christmas for all of them except for Darth Vader.

I was pretty excited for these until I saw they overlap with the playset characters. I dunno if I'm going to buy any of them now as having only one or two that light up would bother me.
If they announced a special Light FX playset I'd be all in though.
