@InfinityApprentice: The base can read three hex discs, so in principle I don't see why it can't take two vehicle hex discs (for the two local players) and the racing expansion/playset piece.

Interesting that they are going to allow existing vehicles from the toy store. I assume this is limited to ground vehicles and not flying or air/ground-convertible vehicles for speed reasons? Motorcycles? I haven't counted recently, but if they're going to let you keep 2.0 toybox unlocks that's a pretty fair range to choose from.

I think the convertibles like Lola will be able to go in the game, just don't allow them to fly and it's done.

^Theyll let u use convertibles from ground to air. They did in the races in 2.0 they'll just make it so you can't change to the air vehicle and it's locked into the ground.

In one of the videos in the London event topic by Sheriff Woody they say that we can use the bed from Bedknobs and Broomsticks and as far as I'm concerned, that will have to be completely revamped if it should be a ground vehicle... So maybe this means we can use flying vehicles in Toy Box Speedway?

^ Yeah, that's also true! I wasn't sure anymore if that was a flying vehicle or not, but it would be great to have all the flying ones available too to race with!

In 2.0 the beds knobs bed could only fly. Maybe in 3.0 they've made it a convertible so it can be used in Toy Box speedway! That'd be soo fun!

I for one are super happy they are going day one digital. So I figure the digital software will go for around £30-35.00 and then the Playset will be £24.99. But I can pick the Playset I want.

Maine Lighthouse and the Sleepy Hollow bridge were both spotted which I love. It's good to see some obscure movies getting set pieces.
