@InfinityFan @Chris an all Rapunzel multiplayer party doesn't sound fun to you guys? LOL.

Seriously. I can't bring myself to do it.

@Vasuri83 for curiosity's sake I put down the ability terminal and switched between each type of characters (this terminal uses the same categories you can pick to lock the level to) and I was right. Rapunzel doesn't fall under a single category.

@jose.abalos is there any way to accomplish what I want? Or am I stuck with the inevitability that flying characters can just fly to the end.

Seems boring...

Yeah like I said I haven't looked at it, they just made it sound like that's something we should have been able to do as far as limiting to have no flyers. I know they did something to affect flying in one of the ones I downloaded. Can't remember which one it was, but I played as Nova and the flying was limited. I couldn't ascend.

@MightyGitis,

How about Aerial Detonators? They cover a certain radius and home in and knock flyers out of the sky. Just position several of those around and it should discourage would-be flyers.

@Romulus77 it's just a theming issue. But I'm still toying with similar which is to use a big ceiling trigger area linked to a kill switch. Then I'd the player flies too high they'll die and respawn at the last check point. I've set it so checkpoints automatically set when you reach certain progress points.

There's also the passive aggressive choice of just having text come up when they fly to a certain level that just says things like "Oh, you're just gonna fly by this?" or "This is why we can't have nice things."

Would the level work in the Angled Camera/Dungeon Crawler viewpoint? That limits flying to just jump-height hovering.

It was night castle. I don't think it was invisible barriers because you still could jump up.

Yeah, that's the Angled Camera perspective. It won't let you do more than hover.

I didn't know the cameras limited that. That's cool :)
