2.0 PC a dissapointment

Can you still use the 1.0 Character Codes for the PC version of 2.0?

What exactly do you mean by "how good"?

The PC version is somewhat dependent on how good your PC is. A good gaming PC will make the console versions seem sub-par. A bag gaming PC will make the experience less enjoyable.

What I mean by good is if has the same features as the Console Versions, lets you Play in the Toy Box by default, has no bugs, glitches and graphical errors, has Graphics Superior to that of the consoles considering I have a 2011 Nvidia GeForce 9800 Graphics Chip, and lets you download User-Generated Content.

It probably is because of my low end PC, but I think I should be able to download UGC since I have most of the characters that have been released, as well as all the 1.0 characters...

The PC version is pretty much the same as the console. All the same features, plus a bonus daily challenge not available on consoles. The PC version looks and runs better than the console, assuming you have a decent gaming PC.
